Our Menus

Our menus change monthly and are the creation of Chef Alex Cooper, a is a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu School, Paris, training under some of France’s top chefs. Chef Alex has worked at two Michelin Star Sketch in, London and double AA Rosette wining Rufflets in St Andrews, Scotland. He gained large scale catering experience working under Army Catering Corp veteran Mark Golden and has consulted on a series of food start ups. Chef Alex draws strong influences from French and Skandinavian cuisines while being spoilt by outstanding local produce from his home county of Norfolk.
